Two suicide bombers attacked the a military officer in Quetta, in Pakistan. At least 20 people including eigth soldiers were killed and 40 people are injured.
Police have assumption that there are Taliban militans behind the attack. Because expolisions happened two days after the army arrested a senior Al-Qaida operative.
First bomber bursted a car bomb near security cars parked outside the home of Farukh Shehzad, chief of the paramilitary Frontier Corps. Shehzad was injured and his wife was killed.
Second bomber entered the house and blasted the bomb. After the two explosions at least 20 people lost their lives and 40 peope are injured.
The polise said they have found an ID card identified one of the bombers. He was a 21 year-ol Afgan refugee.
Taliban accepts the responsibility for the explosions. They said it was the revenge of the arrest of al-Quaeda operatives and they targeted the Farukh Shahzad.
Frontier Corps chief Farrukh Shahzad was injured but Mr Shahzad’s wife and two of his children were killed.
